The blind waiter wowed us with his fast, funny, and detail oriented service. The vintage truck stop ambiance set the tone. Locals chatting about how the neighborhood used to be gave me a warm fuzzy 1970s feeling. Commiserating over Bidenomics brought me back to the present. The fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and golden home fries endeared the spot to me as an American treasure.

Solid NJ diner with lots of quirky charm. Loved the old menus on the walls and listening to the chatter of the regulars. John, our server was kind and attentive. We ordered disco fries, pancakes and the corned beef hash with home fries. Everything was delicious, especially the corned beef hash. Diner home fries can be hit or miss but these were excellent

A very interesting experience. A real staple in the NJ diner scene. The owner add a lot of character to the experience. Food is good, simple and priced right. Wouldn't come here on a first date, but will very likely return with friends.

Finally tried this place and had a wonderful day. John made our brunch date even more meaningful date with small talk. His family makes people happy with perfectly cooked food. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the other dishes were cooked really well too. The 2nd son, Dmitri is a passionate and talented chef.

This is a hidden Gem. Do not be fooled by outside looks of this restaurant the inside is very clean, the service is great, and the food was amazing. I would have to say that by far this has been the best diner I have eaten at. Again, I will say the food was amazing and very affordable. I was surprised at the amount of food served, the amazing taste and the price. Every time I travel to New Jersey I have to stop by and eat. Once again came back to this hidden Gem. Never disappoints me. The best food in Jersey.

I loved everything about this place! I was a little skeptical at first since there’s lots of foot traffic, but the delicious food speaks for itself! This charming diner is retro from the 70s. John, the owner, is very nice and provides wonderful service. I liked that everyone was conversing with each other, I truly felt welcomed. I would’ve taken a picture of my food, but I ate it so fast since it was so amazing! Definitely go for a great meal and a good laugh! John, thank you for the awesome breakfast and service!

I’ve been wanting to go to this diner for such a long time it’s now been marked off my bucket list of New Jersey diners. I had to go to first time there. I had the trucker special breakfast. The Bacon was cooked perfectly. The eggs were cooked perfectly. the pancakes were probably the fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever had. My mom ordered a salad a Cobb salad it was probably one of the best salads. She said she’s ever had on top of that. I really really want people to know. Yes, it’s a very small diner, but the parking lot even smaller, but you need to add this to your bucket list. You need to stop by here one time and have some food 10/10 100/100 YOU MUST GO TO THIS DINER

Awesome retro diner that hasn't changed since it opened in the '40s! The food is fantastic - absolutely perfect eggs, home fries, and bacon - but the owner just takes the experience to another level! He's a hilarious (blind) man who provides superb service, along with a healthy dose of both self-deprecating and teasing jokes. Will definitely be back very soon!!
